De voucherregeling werkt heel eenvoudig. Nadat je gekozen hebt voor de voucherregeling ontvang je binnen afzienbare tijd een unieke vouchercode per email.
Waarde & geldigheid
De voucher vertegenwoordigt het orderbedrag inclusief servicekosten. De voucher is geldig t/m 31 december 2022 en kun je inwisselen voor bus-, festival- & campingtickets of voor merchandise. De voucher kun je inwisselen op de betaalpagina in de ticketshop van Maximal Trips.
Voorbeeld
Stel je ontvang een voucher van €100,- en je boekt later tickets voor €60,- dan is het nieuwe tegoed van je voucher €40,-. Het resterende bedrag kun je dus gewoon weer bij een volgende bestelling gebruiken. Koop je de volgende keer voor €50,- ticket(s), dan kun je de vouchercode invoeren en betaal je het restantbedrag van €10,-.
How does the voucher regulation work?
The voucher system is very simple. You will receive a unique voucher code via email within reasonable time after you have chosen for the voucher regulation.
Value and validity of voucher
The voucher represents the order value (including service fee). The voucher is valid until 31 December 2022 and you can exchange it for bus, festival and camping tickets or for merchandise. You can exchange the voucher at the payment page in the ticket shop of Maximal Trips.
Example
Suppose you receive a voucher of €100,- and you book tickets for €60,- with the voucher, the new credit of your voucher will then be €40,-. So you can use the remaining amount for your next order. If next time you buy tickets for €50,-, you can enter the voucher code and pay the remaining amount of €10,-.
